Love my Dr; but this place is awful when trying to call in for an appointment, a question.. It is equivalent to calling a call center oversees. Today for example I called in 4 times only to be the 13th or 14th caller in queue to have the system hang up on me at the 30 minute mark when I am caller #1 in queue. Looking to change to another Dr without a call center to call into every time.

Dr Klein is s highly professional caring dr. I have known her for years and now have entrusted my daughters care to her. I can’t think of a better recommendation than that.

Dr Klein has been my doctor since I moved to RI 15 years ago. She has offered excellent care for me, for several friends and now for my daughter. She always takes time to answer any questions I have, and when I've had a couple of urgent situations she went out of her way to see me and help me. This is the type of doctor you want. She also knows other doctors in the RI medical community and is well respected by her peers. I observed this first hand during a critical medical situation.

Dr. Klein has been my gynecologist for 4 years. She is very thorough, a great listener and gives you all the time you need to discuss your issues. She is a very knowledgeable and caring physician.

Dr. Klein is a amazing physician that cares for her patients with professionalism and dedication. Dr. Klein delivered my first daughter 20 years ago. Although I wasn't a patient of hers, I became one after witnessing how brilliant she was in delivery. She provided care for my subsequent pregnancy and I have trusted my health in the hands of Dr. Klein for the last two decades. This year I had a serious health scare and I was lucky to have such a wonderful doctor in my corner. I am grateful!

Dr. Klein deserves the highest recommendation possible. As her patient, I know I will always receive the best care available and as a doctor myself, I refer patients to her with the full confidence that she will treat each and every one of them with personalized, professional, and expert attention. Not once, has any of these patients ever expressed anything but gratitude for having been referred to her.

One of her reviews says that she no longer delivers babies, Good thing, she was not our doctor of choice but was on call when our son was delivered. It was a late night delivery around 330 am everything was going fine. Until she woke up yawning when she came in and took over, Shoulder dystocia was caused during delivery, our son now has Erbs Palsy a life long disability. She left abruptly after delivery.. She never came to see us the next two days during hospital stay.SO UNPROFESSIONAL
