Listened in on my mother’s visit with Dr. Butera due to COVID restrictions. I felt very comfortable with her being there without me. The entire visit from start to finish was well organized and very informative. Dr. Butera took the time to thoroughly explain past lab results, reasoning for future tests, as well as the plan of care going forward. As an RN I have high standards and would not think twice about recommending Dr. Butera.

Dr. Butera is a model for other physicians . He is very compassionate , does not rush you during an appointment, listens to and answers your questions and makes sure you understand. He goes above and beyond and out of his way to assure you and to provide you with excellent health care . He has long waiting times for appointments and this is why.

Dr James Butera is the most caring doctor I have seen in many years. . As for myself I have switched drs so that I.could be a patient of his to help me with my hypogammaglobulin anemia. He has treated me with respect and kindness and has explained the process of helping me deal with my condition. He is very informative, extremely intelligent and the nicest man you would want to be on your side for any illness. I cannot express how greatful I am to him. He's the best among his peers in my opinion
