A skilled mechanic but not a responsible dental physician. In the event of severe pain as a result of dental emergency he will decline all responsibility, will NOT provide pain relief, will refer u to a local ER---even if u r immobilized in bed due to excruciating pain or chronic illness. Pleasant as far as he goes, which, as I found out, is as far as the next billable procedure. As a responsible, compassionate dental physician he is an abject failure. Comfortable in his own secure comfort zone and completely uncommitted to his patients' safety. He put my life at risk by refusing to treat my extreme, excruciating pain. Fortunately, the strong pain medication I have for chronic pain from long-standing injuries was enough to get me through the crisis, though I had to inadequately tx the pain, delaying my obtaining a root canal by 3 weeks. And now I have inadequate supply of pain medication for my chronic musculoskeletal pain, pain Jeff Dodge KNOWS I suffer from. And cannot lie in a dental chair w/out, due to pain. I had to use most all of it to allay the excruciating nerve-root pain. And he blamed me for not obtaining the root canal sooner, pretending it was MY delay, and not his lack of treating my extreme pain, that was cause of delay. Refused to speak w/me and had his secretary leave an insulting, accusatory message on my voicemail blaming me for my pain. This is the behavior of a cowardly, ethically delinquent individual. It is, unfortunately, the real Jeffrey Dodge. It is well-known that in a crisis one's true character is revealed. This is the real Jeffrey Dodge. Find a real dental physician---not a dental mechanic w/out professional ethics or responsibility.

I have been going to Dr Dodge for over 15 years. He does outstanding work, and really cares about his patients. Prices are responsible and in line with other dentist charge.

Plesant, skilled, but w/out professional integrity. Takes no personal or professional responsibility for patient suffering or emergencies. Refuses to treat excruciatingly severe, life-threatening tooth nerve root pain. Committed only as far as the next billable procedure. A mechanic, not a dental physician.

Highly recommend! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and have always had a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Dodge made me feel comfortable and safe. He’s a very kind and gentle dentist. I’ve also had great experiences with Alisha and Dr. Christina. All the staff there are great!
