List of Jennie J Muglia's Reviews
Staff turnover is high so you don't get to know them. I waited 1 1/2 hrs at last appointment. Got no apology. Dr is good practitioner. Not a lot empathy.
I saw her and I can say she was very rude. She didn’t even introduce herself! I had no idea she was the doctor. Told I had a mole I didn’t like and she said, we don’t remove those! Well what do you do? My primary care doctor sent me here for a cancer screening and very dry skin. She barely did a screening and said my skin didn’t look dry! Yea I’m constantly scratching but it’s not dry. Terrible bedside manner. Will not go back after reading other reviews that this is how she is.
Waited 1 1/2hrs to see dr. She came in and did not introduce herself - never looked me in the eye and spent at most 5 minutes with me. She needs a lesson in politeness.
Terrible experience. I felt like I was bothering her to be there. Not a thorough examination.
AWFUL bedside manner! Waited over an hour in the waiting room, then she wasn't too nice to my 13 year old! Made her feel so uncomfortable with the procedure that we didn't even have it done, and walked right out!!! This whole practice needs a makeover!
I have acne problems, I have been prescribed Accutane a strong medicine, and whenever we are there its always an hour wait, Never a time where there was an appointment where it wasnt three hours, get weighed and go wait AGAIN for another hour to see her walk around. She comes in and asks how i've been, LITTLE TALK, dermatologists are supposed to be supporting, there is most support with her interns or helpers., BUT the point is that is her job, shes helping me out and doing me a favor
Never saw her because I walked out of the exam room three hours after my scheduled appointment. I would be fired and have legal action taken by parents if I did such a disrespectful thing.
Be prepared to wait at least an hour. If you don't come in on time ... even if you have to wait more than an hour ... you will be treated poorly by the staff at the desk!! I came in late ... after calling ahead to find out how late Dr. Muglia was ... and I was talked to like a child. The girl said I needed to be there on time, even if I have to wait more than an hour!!! Rude/unprofessional staff. Wait times are inconsiderate. Dr. Muglia removed 2 small moles right above my lip, and she nicked my lip, and it bled and hurt for a few days. My husband and I need to be find a much better experience, where we are treated professionally!!
The waiting time is very unprofessional and inconsiderate!!!! Whether I go, or my husband goes to her, we have to wait more than an hour. One time I got there later than my appointment time, and the staff member reprimanded me ... even though I did NOT miss my appointment because Dr. Muglia was WAY BEHIND! I told the staff member I called ahead and was told she was running late. She told me I still needed to be there on time! My husband gets the same bad treatment. Both of us want to change drs. because of the unprofessional/rude treatment at the front desk and the insane waiting time! My husband has heard other people complain at the desk, too. No one really cares!!
If you are looking for a dermatologist that is consistently late and distracted this is the one for you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
