I have been with this primary care system for 30 years. with numerous Drs. Recently I had to see McCleary for a physical as it had been almost 2 years due to COVID no appts. I waited 30 mins. Finally the Dr. came in. NOW this is a physical. She told me numerous times to FOCUS and speak only when questioned and only ONE topic. If I wanted to discuss anything else then I would have to make other appointments. This was a "wellness" check only! As I was sitting there I noticed a tick latched onto my arm. I said oh I have a tick. She got mad, literally frustrated. Put her arms in the air and said can we focus! I said well can I have a kleenex or a alcohol wipe. She said NO you can wait! My physical was less than TEN mins. She looked in my mouth, and listened to my heart. THAT IS IT! And she gave me a alcohol pad at the end for the tick. Then she was GONE. I was humiliated & furious. How can this be a physical? you are not allowed to discuss ANYTHING. I filed a complaint and have heard noth

My whole family appreciates her skills and personality. We all have had her as a doctor for years and followed her to the RI practice. She is kind and thoughtful in her responses and we’ve had a good experience with office staff. She is a great Primary Care doctor in that she is a great resource for general medical needs but has no problem referring to a specialist when needed and requested.

Dr McCleary is the BEST!

Dr McCleary is wonderful. She always makes me at ease and is very attentive to any and all concerns. All the staff is awesome!

Find another Doctor- This office is terrible. She doesn't want to talk about more than one issue at a time, and once I had an appointment at 8 am and literally had me sitting here waiting in a johnnie for almost an hour. I choose to put my clothes on and walk out. I have work and didn't have that type of time to waste. While she was in the Plainville office she miss diagnosed me and 6 mths later what she called age spots turned out to be cancers and I had to have them removed.

Apathetic. Minimizes issues and makes you feel like you are bothering her. Lacks thoroughness -virtually no physical exam whatsoever. Always in a rush and makes you feel unimportant. Find someone else.

If I could give her a -10 I would! After finally leaving her I had my uterus removed because it was quite inhomogeneous. & 2 large ovarian cyst taken out. I also found out I had Graves disease. This doctor described me as anxious at Baseline poor historian recalling a visit to Er. Instead of listening to me every time I went to her she tried to tell me because I was in my 40s I needed to exercise & suggested anxiety pills. Horrible Doctor she belongs at a minute clinic at best.
