I deeply regret working with Dr. Luzzo. She was completely absent during the entire process of stimulation and retrieval -- we met exactly twice over Zoom (the initial consult, and a final meeting to discuss the results of the IVF cycle). She is also a poor communicator. Major decisions that affected my care were communicated to me through other parties and were never explained to me. You constantly get the feeling that you're being treated like a cash cow at Boston IVF, rather than a human being.

I am so glad that if I have to go through fertility treatments, I get to do so with Dr. Luzzo. Ever since the first time we met with her, I have felt confident in her knowledge and abilities as a Reproductive Endocrinologist and have comfortable with her approach to our care. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with infertility!
