I have gone to Dr. Lori Boivin for approx 10 yrs now. The last few years my visits have become unpleasant. During my annual exam last year, they took my glasses (w/o I'm barely see), dilated my eyes, and misplaced me in their bldg for 20 min not knowing where I was. Ok, mistakes happen... This year I went for an updated prescription for new glasses. Dr. L. Boivin only assessed my right eye. She never covered one eye at a time to gauge individual changes. When I told her I was answering all of her questions only using my strong, right eye, her response to me was, "Well, you don't really use your left eye any way" and proceeded to end the exam. Dr. Lori Boivin is unprofessional and demonstrates no respect for her patients. The environment has become toxic, unwelcoming, disorganized, and unhealthy. I've never written a review on a Dr. However, I have always Googled a new Dr to read reviews and assess if they are someone I should entrust with my health.

Dr. Boivin is truly concerned with the health of your eyes. Her appointments are on time & thorough. She provides a new copy of my prescription each visit. Also she has responded quickly by scheduling in appointments for my husband when he's suffered from an eye infection .

Dr. Boivin is the best doctor I have ever had for anything in my entire life, I wish she could be my doctor for everything! She is very good at her job, as well as being very knowledgable. Besides this she is one of the nicest women that I know and I really look up to her. She has even influenced me to possibly go into optometry when I attend college. She is such a nice person who really cares about her patients. I always look forward to having appointments with her and catching up with her!
