Dr. Zaidi is very knowledgeable about this. I have had it for so long and never knew what was making me sick. I have a game plan with him to remedy this.

I was referred to Dr. Zardi for an ear infection that would not clear after several courses of antibiotics. All 5 cultures were different bacteria 1 being MRSA. The first time I went he was very kind and listened. I didn't understand the treatment and he never looked at my ear. He sent me home with mouthwash, shampoo and soap. I was referred again months later. He refused to see me. He wanted me to see an ENT. I have been to 5. Two from Mass Eye and Ear. He decided to have a televisit on 12/16. I gave him all my information and said he'd get all the reports and get back to me. I'm still waiting. It's March 25th. My ear is still a mess! I got a bill from him. I had to pay a $20.00 dollar copay. He charged my insurance company over $500.00 for a 15 minute phone call. I don't understand. He's accepting new patients. Good luck with that.
