The office is not accommodating to parents who have crazy schedules and kids who have to cancel last minute because they are sick. We were told we could not reschedule an appt for NEXT week because we’d been given “too many chances” we had to reschedule 24hrs before because my daughter had an exposure to Covid. And good thing I didn’t bring her because she turned out to be positive. I also had to reschedule another appt 24hrs before and apparently this is unacceptable. As a mom with 2 young kids who works I am not always able to figure out if my kids are going to be sick or if something is going to come up last minute. I’m very unhappy and disappointed with this practice and how I was made to feel awful about myself because I rescheduled 2 appts. And “I’m out of chances”

My 7 year old daughter has had EXTREME anxiety when it comes to the dentist. She had to have a baby tooth extracted today and let me just say Dr. Lavoie is an absolute MIRACLE WORKER! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Dr. Lavoie is thorough, patient, informative, extremely gentle and hands down the BEST! His assistant is wonderful too! So much so my daughter can’t wait to go back! That in itself is a MIRACLE! Words can’t express how truly grateful I am. I highly recommend Dr. Lavoie!
