Excellent surgeon who takes time to answer all questions asked. In addition the care received post surgery from his Christ Hospital wing is above and beyond.

Can't get a return phone call. Their after hour phone lines are a mess. Nurse doesn't always return call. He doesn't take time for patient. Beginning to wonder if I should find someone else though he was considered 'the best'.

My dad had a faulty heart valve. Dr. Gordon is extremely knowledgeable, explained things well and did a phenomenal job. My 83 year old father is a new man. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Gordon. Very down to earth and explained everything to me. He works non-stop and I really believe he cares about his patients. Ended up in the hospital for a week prior to my lung surgery because my lung biopsy resulted in a collapsed lung. He did not do the biopsy, it was performed by a radiologist. However, the process of a chest tube being inserted without a nerve block is the worst kind of pain. I went through this twice before on the third day Dr. Gordon replaced one of the chest tubes with a larger one only he did a nerve block, barely felt it. Also, I found him to be as informative on the follow-up appointments as my initial visit. Would highly recommend him. His office staff, however, primarily his nurse is not the most helpful individual to interact with though.
