Stay away from this condescending-egotistical doctor and staff! If you want to be talked-down to and questioned about symptoms that you are told by the doctor and his staff that you’re responsible for then patient-beware! Went for a second opinion after a year of awful symptoms and I finally had a diagnosis and proper treatment by the other doctor! I could have been diagnosed and treated sooner if Dr. Margolis and his staff cared enough to listen and properly treat me!

Dr. Margolis is wonderful. However the call back system is horrendous. Whenever I call for appt., I do not get a call back until late very late in the day. I am unable to wait @ all day. Change is needed!!

Dr. Margolis has been my doctor for many years. He just keeps getting better and better. He is kind, compassionate and genuinely has patient concern as his priority. He lets me know what he's doing, how he's doing the procedure and has excellent follow-up. His staff is also wonderful.

I have serious doubts as to the “culture” of this office. Despite a referral from my primary care doctor and three phone messages left over the course of three days to schedule an appointment, no one bothered to return my calls. Is this a reflection of indifference on the part of Dr. Margolis that has trickled down to his office staff? My bet is yes, and I no longer am interested in his services.

Wife went here 2 years ago for an exam and never received a follow-up visit or a phone call back, despite multiple phone calls over the years. The only thing this office did was give her a prescription that they always make sure to refill, but never return any phone calls. We tried to change docs due to this and they wouldn't even send the information release forms.

Dr Margolis and the staff at the Endoscopy Center are fantastic. I have been seeing him for many years and he has a great bedside manner. He explains everything and came back to see me after I woke up after procedure to explain the examination results.
