I've been going here for a few years and it's wonderful for migraines, allergies, sleep problems, anxiety, and other issues. I love this place!

Been here before and loved the results. Second treatment just scheduled!

Recently went back to PCA after a few years with anxiety problems and I left feeling great. This time I am going for vertigo, I think. I am pleased with both the staff and the quiet atmosphere. I would and have given cards to people I know hoping they will feel the difference like I have .

Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and I have received very positive results for my sciatic pain.

PCA is a very welcoming place. Cris and the other staff members are friendly, skilled, and well-informed. I have been going to PCA for several years now, and I always feel better after receiving treatment. Highly recommended!

Called to book appointment and Keanna, the receptionist, was rude. She wouldn't provide information as to when I could have an appointment unless I gave her my credit card information first. When I questioned her about it she hung up on me.

Chris at PCA has been treating me for anxiety and helping me prep for infertility treatment. I have gotten great relief from my anxiety and feel calmer than I probably ever have since coming in once a week. The office feels very safe and has comprehensive COVID protocols. Treatment is affordable. Love PCA!

I have been coming to PCA for a few years. Today was my first visit back since COVID. I was let let in promptly by I believe Jason. He made me feel like it was a normal welcoming PCA. He did the normal COVID stuff and then explained some new things I needed to know. Kudos-to you Jason!!! I went to the back and went to select a chair. The blanket was half off the seat so I put my stuff in the bin next to the chair . I was told by the acupuncturist that the chair needed to be cleaned and I could leave my stuff in the bin. I went to the bathroom because the way she spoke sounded like it would just be a minute. When I came back she was a little rude and told me to go to another chair with the bin. I moved where she told me to go. She wasn't exactly friendly-asked me what I was there for and then told me no more blankets because it was too much work for them, and that did I not read that on the website. I didn't realize I was expected to take a test. The room can be cold-especially when its 24 degrees outside. I was bummed. Anyway I loved the chair, being back, the therapeutic music. I enjoyed my 1 hour time. Bummer it is the longest you can stay-used to be whenever you wanted to leave. At the end of the hour- my acupuncturist came over. She started removing the needles and then asked me if I knew what to do with me chair. I told her no. She showed me how to pull the sheet down-like I was 3 year old and demonstrated on another chair and then proceeded to ask me did I know about the missed appointment fee? Yes- because like most people sometimes appointments are missed and I know I had missed one pre-covid and had spoken to the front desk already about it. She proceeded to tell me it was good that my card was on file because I had missed appointments before. I was so in need of this relaxing time and it was kind of her to try to shame me before I left. Needless to say-I will go back but I will make sure that I do not ever use this person again. I will pick another day or time. Remember " Never respond to rudeness. When people are rude to you, they reveal who they are not who you are" . I hope her day gets better. Peace

Providence Community Acupuncture is a great place to experience acupuncture in a low-cost, communal setting! I had only gotten acupuncture once before coming here, but I've been here a handful of times now and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I'll describe the experience thoroughly for anyone who might be interested in trying it out but not sure what to expect! It's easiest to make an appointment over the phone, but I suppose you could walk in too! You can chose what you pay from $20-40. When you walk in, you check in and pay at the front desk and either wait in the waiting area or usually head straight back to the treatment area. There are two rooms with lots of reclining chairs, kind of set up like a dialysis clinic. You can pick a chair, make yourself comfortable, and take off your shoes and socks. There is plenty of signage all over the place so it's really easy to figure out what to do. The acupuncturist will come over when they have a free moment. They'll ask you a few questions about what is bothering you (if anything) and then place about 12-15 very thin needles at various locations on your body. You may need to roll up your sleeves and pant legs so I would wear loose clothing--you want to be comfortable anyway! After the needles are placed it's up to you how long you want to hang out. Most people stay around 45 minutes to 1 hour. A lot of people will fall asleep or shut their eyes. There's really no rules (as long as you put your phone away)! When you're all done, you can get the acupuncturist's attention and they'll take the needles out for you. Overall, the atmosphere at PCA is the perfect balance of relaxing and casual yet 100% professional. I highly recommend PCA to anyone who is interested in trying out acupuncture at an unbeatable price!
