Dr. Rachel Shepherd delivered my baby in Feb. 2022. She’s an exceptional doctor, and I had a wonderful experience during my pregnancy with this physician. If I had a question, the patient portal provided a great way to communicate with Dr. Shepherd. She answered within 24 hours and most of the time within a few hours. She has a wonderful bedside manner and calmed any fears that I had with my high risk pregnancy during Covid. During each appointment visit, she took the time to answer questions. She also provided me with great care postpartum. I have absolute confidence and trust in Dr. Shepherd and her expertise. I highly recommend her as an OB/GYN doctor. The front office staff/nurses are courteous and polite. Since these doctors, work out of two offices, I recommend confirming the address to make sure you know the location of your appointment before leaving the office or hanging up on the phone call.

Dr. Shepherd delivered my second baby and I had a fantastic experience with her from start to finish. During labor and delivery she was excellent - calm and confident, told us what would happen next before it happened, etc. All of my pre-labor/delivery appts were smooth as well. She is friendly and efficient and I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Shepherd is an excellent physician. I have been going to her for about 6 years now and I am extremely confident in her practice. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She makes me feel comfortable and treats me like family at every appointment. When I am ready to expand my family, I will be lucky to have her on my team. I highly recommend her.
