Would highly recommend Dr. Hsu to friends and family. He has been excellent in all aspects of my treatment.

I was pleased with everyone I interacted with. Everyone was nice! Dr. Hsu was kind, thorough and listened to me. He explained things completely to me. I’m hoping my problem is resolved and won’t come back again, but if it does, I’ll be happy to call Dr. Hay’s office again!

Dr Hsu has been treating my friends debilitating ankle. I have attended all her appointments. Given my friends proclivity for non-compliance he has been EXTREMELY patient in working with her. He repeats, at every appointment, what is the current situation with her ankle and what the future holds. I can’t say enough about his caution regarding her other health issues (Type 1 diabetes) and how that will determine next steps. I don’t know how long he will hang in there, as she is exasperating, but he has shown no signs of giving up on her. And for that I’m grateful.

The entire staff is excellent. Wait time in minimal and they listen to you and treat you accordingly. I work in the medical field and have seen a lot myself and have to say they deserve 5 stars and then some. I highly recommend them to all. They are courteous, kind, gentle, and sincere. Extremely Clean, and private with all your information. I love it here. I have full range of motion again after my surgery and PT and feel great. I strongly suggest coming here. Dr. Raymond Hsu is awesome!!

Excellent doctor! Very busy office that runs like a well oiled machine from from check-in to check-out. Dr. Hsu took the time to listen to me explain my ankle symptoms, gave a thorough exam, explained to me what he saw on the x-rays (which are done in-office same day), and completely explained the issue and how to resolve it. He also makes sure all my questions are answered. I've been to him 3 or 4 times for different foot issues and his treatment has always been the same, kind, caring and competent. Highly recommend.

After having a terrible past experience with being sedated I broke my ankle and was told that if I opted out of surgery I could walk with a limp for the rest of my life. Dr.Hsu took the time to listen to my concerns and came up with a custom plan to have me awake during my procedure with some calming medications. Even though I was till slightly terrified during my procedure Dr.Hsu and his team played me music, kept me updated on everything step by step, and worked insanely fast to get me in and our of them OR in less than 45 minutes. I’m looking forward to healing and getting back on my feet in a few weeks!

Dr. Hsu is impatient, stirred to anger easily and treats you like a customer in a fast food restaurant. Find a better doctor.

I broke my ankle in my second trimester of pregnancy, and Dr. Hsu was incredible. He clearly laid out my options: because I was pregnant we wanted to avoid putting me under for surgery, but we wanted to get me off crutches as soon as possible because of my growing belly. Dr. Hsu gave us excellent, personalized advice and walked me through my first ever surgery during which I was awake. His post surgery instructions were clear, and after two weeks on the couch and four in a boot (as he prescribed), I am now walking, swimming, and even indoor rock climbing again! I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, accuracy, and kindness. Thank you!

I had a horseback riding accident back in 2017 I shattered my ankle broke my tibia fibula in my left leg and needless to say it was one heck of an injury. I was fortunate enough to be brought in to Rhode Island Hospital and cross paths with dr. Raymond Hsu MD he did a phenomenal job from start to finish... undergoing surgery and getting some Hardware in my leg everything he said was exact. his demeanor professionalism and attention to detail and my personal experience couldn't have worked out better As of today I'm still riding and have flexibility in that ankle my leg and itself I have very little pain if any. I'm so fortunate to have had this Dr..if you're thinking of having a consult with him...DONT hesitate he is truly amazing!

I shattered ny ankle, broke my Tib/Fib back in 2017 while riding ny horse. I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Dr. Raymond Y Hsu ,MD. From my first appointment until NOW I have had an amazing recovery and experience while under his care. Never have had any prior surgeries this was one heck of an experience, I 100% can't thank this fantastic doctor for his professuonalism, demeanor, and outstanding work I am still riding and I truly believe I would not be in this condition with ankle flexibility and general ability to bounce back if it wasn't for Dr. Raymond Y Hsu, believe me he is top notch in his field.
