My sister and I have a long history with Dr. D. He is highly respected by other MD's. He is caring, highly intelligent, listens, and gives clear answers. Always responsive. Treats me, not the labs. Always positive, encourages not lecture or critical; Very personable. Could not be happier. He is in great demand and his staff are very busy, esp. in these days of staff shortages. Despite this, he runs on time and I never feel rushed.

You can never get anyone to answer the phone and for them to return your call it takes forever and if you miss the call good luck. It’s a cat and mouse chase. It’s honestly a joke. They need a better secretary and answering services … it’s peoples health and life there dealing with.

Trying to get them to answer the phone is impossible. Then for them to return the call is impossible. It’s a joke the answering service they have. The doctor and assistant is always taking Time off it’s just a very laidback office with no importance there. Peoples lives are in their hands with NO care.

Very friendly and got to the point. Very encouraging about figuring out the problem.

This practice is the worst of the worst. The new patient coordinator Kristen doesn’t do her job and really should be replaced. Everything she said to me was a lie.

On time, friendly staff, always positive and encouraging (impt for diabetic), listens well, clear answers. A family member shares my high evaluation for her complex thyroid issues.

I just posted a follow up review but the original may not be there. My first review detailed how the office took over a month to call to schedule first appointment. They left a message but the first time appointment scheduler works part so when you call, you will likely get voice mail. Her message is so long with so many rules you will forget why you called. Appears these doctors have forgotten the oath they took to do no harm and really have NO concern for patients

Dr D is the best. Great bedside manner. A definite family man who cares the same way for his patients. Talk openly n honestly with him n he helps you reach your goals. Awesome doctor

Best Dr ever. Always takes time to listen, and always tries to give helpful advice. I never feel rushed. He's always reassuring, and I always leave there feeling better! Great Dr.
