Syed Naqvi's Online Review Report Card

As a patient, even with an appointment, 7 hr wait time. Staff are usually rude. It took 6 weeks to get an apt just to get the results of blood work. Ridiculous. He has misdiagnosed my husband and me so many times, I have no faith in him any longer.

One of, if not the worst doctor in PEI. I’d rather die than see him.

This doctor is worse than useless! Heaven forbid you have anything life threatening; odds are you’d be dead before any meaningful action was taken on your behalf…… Good luck! You’ll need it, and I highly recommend being proactive with your health on every front (exercise, healthy diet, etc.), because you sure as hell cannot count on this guy! I saw him over 4 months ago, needing a simple referral to another doctor for a simple procedure, (which he promised as “done”), which has never materialized! I spoke to a staff member over two days ago, describing the situation, and she promised to discuss with Dr. Naqvi and follow up by that evening….Never happened! When I tried to reconnect with the office, could not reach anyone live, with no provision to leave a message (as other reviewers have referenced.) Whether an actual patient of his (as I supposedly am!), or a walk in…..you will need that previously alluded to good luck- and lots of it!! Thoroughly deserving of the ubiquitous one star rating.

The reason we have a family medicine doctor shortage is because of all the anonymous online bullying they experience.

Worst experience ever, he prescribed me wrong dose of medicine. When I went back and told him my situation and the medication doses he increased, he just smiled and said “oh ! I was supposed to decrease the dosage but I increased that” he was laughing then. How come a doctor can do this ? Highly unprofessional, rude inappropriate dressed receptionist.

Worst place ....worst reception.... Every 3 months I go through this can't get my prescription renew. They make there own rules the owns hour when they want to They don't answer the phone Not helpful Walk in clinic say was open from 12-5 today .. went doors are lock with people inside but no one can tell me anything. The receptionist can't even bother to come up and say anything It's the worst place ever Over charge you for doctors notes It's horrible do not go there

The worst doctor and worst clinic staff i have aver seen. Unfortunately he is my family doctor. The worst decision I ever made in my life is accepting his offer to make him our family doctor.

I agree with review below - we are very lucky to have Dr Naqvi - once you see him - he takes the time to listen to problem & acts fast on problem (blood tests ; X-rays ; specialists). His staff has increased & they are friendly His office hours are very long into the late evening because of having his own patient load + the walk-In clinic

The negative comments on Dr. Naqvi are from ignorant people. We are damn lucky to have such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. The Canadian health care system sucks. There is a shortage of doctors across the country. Walk-in clinics doctors do not care whatsoever and emergency rooms leave you waiting for 10 hours or more. I've lived all over Canada and Dr. Navqvi has helped more than any other doctor. Yes, he is always running behind because of the shortage of doctors. He is overwhelmed with thousands of seemingly ungrateful patients. This doctor often works until midnight and even sleeps in the office on occasion. Show some appriciation if we lose this doctor Summerside is screwed. Your negative reviews are rude and unjustified. You don't deserve this excellent doctor.

Terrible doctor ever. It is shameful that Islanders have to go through such poor service. WORST EVER! Wait times are beyond worst. Poor staff, service, poor everything!
