Wish there was a zero star rating. Worst physician I've ever had. I needed three referrals nearly three months ago, and none of them have gone through yet. Not only that, but they're impossible to get a hold of. When I finally talk to an actual person, they treat me like I'm stupid. They clearly don't care about their patients.

worst doctor i have ever met...did not listen to a single word i had to say only cares about her med spa clients..was some backroom office she barely took a minute to even write 2 referrals and ordered labs and had zero concern for current problems..

Great doctor. I really like her a lot. Her staff however is rude and seem annoyed that you walk into their building and make them do their jobs. For the love of god, please don’t get up! Or smile! Please act put off by the fact that I dared entered your layer! So very cold and uncaring. All of them! So disappointing. I was very displeased with the service i was given today. Not given actually. Sad to leave because the doc is great. But not worth dealing with her staff.

The doctor is great, however every single person in the office staff i have come across is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Not only that, but they are terrible at doing their jobs in a timely manner. Both my husband and I see Dr. Rao and will be switching doctors due to the extreme and blantant disrespect her office staff has towards her patients. If she had a nice, respectful staff she would be an excellent doctor to see.
