Had a horrible experience felt like a guinea pig after an hour of jumping through hoops leaves me with the advice of practicing mindfulness to relieve a disorder that has no known cure that involves actual popping you can hear outside of the ear and uncontrollable movements of the head and body his advice was mindfulness and yoga, I've been suffering with this for three years now funny how he called it a tick when you can actually hear it tick
