Dr Thomas is a wonderful doctor, she is very thorough and takes the time talking with you. She explains everything and really cares about her patients. Everyone that knows her or has heard of her has nothing but praise her. She’s been my doctor for years and I think of her as my doctor and my friend. God bless her.

She is the most caring, respectful, honest, professional doctor that a patient could ask for. She tells the truth and doesn’t sugar coat it. I trusted my 90 year old mom with her and she loved her too.

Dr. Thomas gets a 4 but the office gets a 2. I need to reach Dr. Thomas yet when I call at various hours during the day (M-F), I cannot get through. I get to a voice mailbox that isn't accepting messages. So I try to use their "Contact us" feature on the website and that is no longer functioning either. There is no way to reach Dr. Thomas.

Currently very unhappy with the follow through of this office. Either the doctor or the office are overwhelmed and does not make the patient a priority. We leave repeat messages as well as speak to the office staff yet situations remain unresolved. My daughter has been hospitalized due to the negligence of the office. There is a strong communication gap it appears between the office staff and the doctor herself. Definitely have been served better in the past by other endocrinologists.

I love Dr Thomas BUT, I arrived at appointment today to find out Dr is on vacation. I did not receive a phone call to cancel or reschedule. I took time out of work, drove to appointment for nothing. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

I went hyperthyroid and she insisted that if I were not in remission in a year I would have to have my thyroid destroyed by radiation. I went to another endocrinologist and he let me try medication instead. On the medication I went into remission after two years and have stayed in remission, and avoided the radiation treatment.
