List of Vorawan Ummaritchot's Reviews
Dr. U has been a great Dr to have in the Providence area. She has been very helpful and responsive in my care. I require a high level of knowledge (not the typical endocrinological patient) for my conditions, and she has been very knowledgeable and helpful during her time as my doctor. Unfortunately she is moving on, but the practice is great, and I plan to stay and see another doctor there once she leaves.
Dr. U treats by lab values, not the patient's symptoms. My Synthroid dose was lowered based on the inaccurate and out dated TSH lab value model and I have never felt worse since I first began treatment for hypothyroid. I specifically requested to be switched back to armor thyroid and was told she did not feel comfortable prescribing as she was not familiar with dosing. Currently looking for a new endo who is further trained and familiar with latest thyroid research

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
