They never pick up the phones and when they do I feel like they just tell what you want to hear they never get back to you, to get anything done you have to call them like 7-8 times before you get anything done with them they are truly the worst....

My dad was a patient of Dr. Hollinger for years. Now that has a new Dr, he is floored that his doctor actually listens to him and addresses his health issue. There are several examples of neglect by Dr Hollinger but the main one was that my dad complained repeatedly over years to Dr. Hollinger about groin pain and nothing was done. We recently learned he had a 'large' hernia and was referred for surgery.

Phone is ALWAYS busy, when you DO get through.. you are put on hold immediately. On hold for several minutes. Transfered to someone that "doesn't do that".. Supposedly took my information down (probably to shut me up) and hung up without asking for a return phone number. Very frustrating!
