Wonderful Physcian! He is very caring and patient!
Dr. Chen although very knowledgeable, is very rude. The first couple appointments I had with him he had a sense of humor and then he changed. He speaks in a very condescending tone and does not take the time to understand me. He has interrupted multiple times and does not take the time to understand my concerns. There is a lack of communication bc he doesn’t try to understand. I found it to be unprofessional. I got a phone call from another’s doctors office claiming that their office is “very aggressive” and rude when trying to obtain medical records. My cousin was witness to a tele-health appointment with him and was disgusted in his treatment and she is entering the medical field. Although knowledgeable, he lacks respects for patients based on his treatment for me. If he does care, than he has a very funny way of showing it. He would be better off doing research and not working with public. I would never recommend anyone see him. I have had many doctors for different things and he is by far the most unprofessional of them all.
I have been seeing Dr. Chen for several years. I highly recommend him. He is highly knowledgeable in his field.
His staff were incompetent and were speaking Spanish at the front desk. They put the blood pressure cuff on too tight and my BP reading was a false high which I told them. They didnt care. He was late and had me waiting an additional 1/2 hour in the room. Told me nothing I didnt already know. Was rude and charged me 200 dollars for the visit. Terrible
Dr. Chen is friendly, thorough, doesn't rush you and answers what questions you may have. He takes a genuine interest in the patient's issues and concerns. He is reassuring and explains procedures. My office visit was quick and efficient. I was checked in, screened by the assistant, and consultation with Dr. Chen all within 35 minutes. The office space is pleasant and clean with plenty of parking.
Horrible Dr. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. There are much better Dr’s than him. He doesn’t care about the patient he is all about the money!
I received an upper GI for problematic esophageal spasms. My previous test through another facility was horrific. I was awake, gagging and vomiting throughout the painful and frightening experience of having a hose shoved down my nose by a less than sympathetic physician. I came to Dr Chen and his wonderful staff who were so very gentle, kind and extremely professional. I felt nothing as I was properly sedated. Results were easy to understand and I recommend these wonderful medical professionals to anyone who fears having an upper GI.
Horrible Dr. He doesn’t care about the patient he is in it for the money. Way better Dr’s out there. Don’t settle for this guy he isn’t good at all.
Dr. Chen has always been professional, courteous, and his bedside manner is outstanding. He is definitely worth the wait, if there is one.
Dr. Chen is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, knowledgeable and has an excellent way with his patients. I always feel like he truly cares about my health and well-being. He listens and offers great advice. He returns calls and takes the necessary time with his patients. I highly recommend him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
