Poor communication skills that ends with the wrong message to patient

Very considerate of my and my husbands concerns. Explained my husbands heart condition so that we have a good understanding of it. Took time with us and answered all our questions throughly. He was encouraging and quieted our fears. We have a good plan going forward with his healthcare. We were told to call at any time with any questions we may have. Dr. Patel was part of a team that took care of my husband recently when he was brought into Miriam hospital stay of 12 days. My husband had a health emergency and at the time we were unaware of his heart condition.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for more than a year and am so happy he is in Parsons. His knowledge is amazing and his patience is wonderful. He is thorough and doesn't mind pushing the patient in the direction he thinks they should be going. My husband and I could not be happier to have him.

I have to disagree with a review I read dated May3, 2021. I don't know as to his diagnostic abilities(since I just started out with Dr Patel) however, he was very pleasant, good eye contact, and explained concerns very well.

Horrible bedside manner didn't listen to my symptoms, raised his voice, and interrupted a number of times. Was extremely biased in his diagnosis.
