My daughter has had issues with her ears on and off for years. We were referred to Dr.Q, ( my daughters nickname for him, she says because the name is too long to remember), about a year ago and couldn't be happier. If she has an issue he sees her right away. If she is doing great no unnecessary follow up visits. He's very knowledgeable about what he is doing and is straight to the point. Explains things extremely well both to me and to my 13 yr old. And he is always very prompt and super nice. And as good as we think he is, his office staff exceeds that. They are exceptional. Proficient at their jobs, very polite and organized. The way a doctors office should be run. We've been there 4 times now and i think the longest wait was 15 min. When has that ever been said about a specialty doctor's office. Would highly recommend to anyone. Keep up the great work.

I saw Dr.Quay in the Cranston office. He didn’t rush me. Took the time to listen to me and address my problem. Very nice doctor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
