I was a legit patient with a “huge” hiatal hernia. A very experienced doctor recommended me to Dr. Pohl. Such a skilled surgeon. Put my “mess” back to where it was supposed to be like a magician. He was there every step of the way. I was in excellent hands. Sorry previous reviewer but his staff was kind, professional and held my hand the whole time. I would refer my loved ones to this gifted surgeon. Thank you Doctor Pohl.

Worst clinic ever .. just got off the phone with them and I was told I had 12 cancelations wich I did not do .. than refused to give me dates of cancelations.. Had surgery in 2019 and got infection so bad I was in and out the hospital for 3 months and could not make in into some appointments for that same reason wich they knew about because Dr.Bloomenthal was my doctor and went in to see me everyday at Roger Williams. I can’t believe your RUDE Medical Assitant refused and appoiment and refuse to listen to me ! Get it Together !

The office staff and clinicians are absolutely incredible and compassionate. Dr. Pohl is understanding and absolutely listens to what you are saying, while making the correct choices. Wonderful experience.

the dr and his staff are second to none, they make you feel so good and treat you with respect and tell you everything he was OK.. After surgery I had some serious problems.. They did not want to hear it. Really. It was messed up I almost had to threaten them to get help. What a mistake. Never again. I would send Noone to that greman pinko.

Amazing Doctor! I had my VSG done with Dr.Pohl and I can’t thank him enough. I’m in my second day post-op and let me tell you I haven’t had crazy pain. It’s so tolerable. The scars they look great! Im so happy with his job and how the whole entire team treated me. I Definitely I recommend coming to Dr. Pohl for any type of surgery. He is awesome!!!

I had the nisson surgery in late 2015 within two years I had some heartburn within three years I had full-blown heartburn worse than I ever had it and when I went to see the doctor he told me I was watching to many commercials. Big mistake!

Dr. Pohl is an amazing surgeon and a kind and compassionate doctor. He answered all of my questions and I felt very confident in his capable hands. I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of his staff as well. I am a little over a week out from my bypass and I feel terrific.
