I don't see Dr. Fraioli but my husband does and he really likes him. He takes the time to talk to him and makes my husband very comfortable. I am in the same office of I see Leilani and she is absolutely wonderful. I feel very comfortable with her she goes through all of my testing with me. I would recommend this office to anyone who need a primary care doctor.

I have been a patient so hasn't my husband of Dr Fraioli for over 30 years he is the kindest man and a amazing doctor. He was my parents dr he was there when my sister and I lost my mom when we were 21 unconditionally that meant everything to us. We could contact him at anytime just to talk and he was there even with no appointment he made time for us. Dr Fraioli has such a huge responsibility every single day thats people's lives and he takes that very seriously people might not like what he has to say or what he has to do but I guarantee that decision was made with him wanting the very best for anyone he takes care of. I thank you with my my entire heart Dr Fraioli we all have been so blessed to have you as a doctor. You deserve everything good in life.

I have been seeing Dr. Fraioli for over 20 yrs and have never met a Dr. as knowledgeable as Dr. Fraioli. He has helped my health with diagnoses that other Drs couldn't find. And as always he is beyond professional, pleasant and makes you feel comfortable.

Rude office staff...especially the office manager "Bonnie" who is very unprofessional, medical records were lost, constant issues with health insurance and billing.

I have been trying to schedule an appt. but when I select "1", it rings and rings. Then I tried Dr. Fraioli's assistant's extension, but it says he's not available and messages cannot be left. This is not an emergency but I have some issues that I need to discuss with Dr. Fraioli. Thank you.

I’ve been w my DR FRANK FRAIOLI FOR LOT OF YRS NOW N WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER DR !! He has stood by me n helped me professionally w my sicknesses .. I never have to wait long n wen talkin w him he listens n stays w me till the end n doesn’t rush off like a lot of Drs do he takes his time n explains everything to me medicines ,problems w my health ETC .. he is truly not only A VERY EXPERIENSED DR BUT ALSO A TRU FRIEND WEN IN NEED N UNDERSTANDS !!! He takes his time no matter how busy it gets in his office he will take his time to explain every thing that would be happening to me n wat I need to do !!! He’s just a VERY HONEST N TRUSTFULL DR N I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO GO TO ANYONE ELSE !!!! I will always be his patient !!!!!!

Dr. Fraioli's staff is inexperienced, rude and condescending. Dr. Fraioli's care was mediocre, at best, and I only stayed in his Practice because his office was convenient to our home. Dr. Fraioli sold out to Charter Care because he never really understood how to run a Medical Office. His lack of experience with day to day Business Affairs was apparent from my first visit to his office. I always felt like he didn't have time for me because he was always moving on to his next patient. Perhaps the Financial Pressures of losing hundreds of thousands of dollars to his Investment Manager weighed heavy on his behavior and medical care. Just left his care. I will not miss his whining and Mediocre care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fraioli for over 20 years. He is a very compassionate doctor and he has a real good "bedside manner." I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PCP doctor. I never give 5 stars to anything. I guess there is always room for improvement in everything.
