Aaron Way's Online Review Report Card

It's highly unlikely for me to continually give 5 stars on reviews....for whatever reason ....but I always give 5 stars to Dr. Way's practice when prompted....all aspects of Dr. Way's practice deserve 5 star recognition....everyone and everything is top notch....all of my pre-retirement jobs involved Consumer Relations is some shape or another so as a result I am critical of my every experience with businesses and medical professionals...may God Bless Dr. Way and his crew.

Jill is the best. I can always make An appointment and know I can come in and if it is just to talk with her about something personal, I know she will be there and take the time. So professional and kind. So happy and very thankful to find this wonderful practice💛

This is what "going to the doctor's" SHOULD be like. My first two visits at Osteopathic Family Medicine were with Malinda Anderson, CNP and nurse Andrea, both of whom were personable and professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as was the receptionist, Bridgette. My third visit was with Dr. Aaron Way, D.O. (PCP), who "squeezed me in" to the schedule for a spinal adjustment, which relieved the problem instantly. Dr. Way not only alleviated my acute pain and corrected my spine in one visit, but also counseled me with helpful osteopathic advice on how to keep it healthy. I'm finding this to be an excellent medical practice, with highly qualified and considerate practitioners who truly care about their work. With a practice this effective and efficient and friendly, I'm actually looking forward to my next visit--although I'm in no hurry! Thank you, OFM, for accepting me as a patient.

I honestly feel I am Blessed to have found Dr Way. He listens & hears you when your talking to him trying to explain what your concerns are. What is most valuable to me is whenever I need to talk to him personally I can make a video appt. I am very thankful for that. The lady's at the front desk are kind, caring & empathetic.

This is simply the greatest medical practice I've ever been to. Each person I've interacted with, whether it be the front desk personnel or the doctors, they are all so warm and welcoming. I have not felt rushed, belittled, or confused during any of my visits here. I feel so fortunate to have found them and I am confident my health is in good hands!

Dr. Way, as well as the other staff at his office, have always been professional, timely, and caring. On my most recent visit, for a rescheduled annual physical, I was treated by Melinda, who displayed the same attention and care that Dr. Way offers. Everything was explained, all my concerns were addressed, and I was given information on what to expect in future years. All very well done.

Doctor Way is my primary care doctor, in my short while of being his patient (almost 3 years) I’ve been in the office often to be seen and plenty of after hours urgent matter phone calls to doctor on call. Doctor Way has shown compassion through his skills of a doctor evaluating my health concerns and addressing them. Plenty of needed referrals given to the office was handled and done quickly. Oh and the office staff are so kind :) NP Malinda is awesome :)

Melinda is an outstanding nurse practioner. Detailed, caring, sensitive and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Way. The office staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Way and his staff have perfected patient care to a benchmark condition. I could not be more pleased with the way I'm treated as a patient. Thank you for caring.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to the doctor's office. I had scheduled a 6:20 PM appointment so I could get to the doctors after I got out of work. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken in at 6:25, but did not see the PA until 7:25. I spent an hour in the examination room before the PA came in to see me. I understand that some patients may take longer than others for what they are visiting for, but shouldn't the appointments be spaced in such a way to allow for less chance of overlap and extended waiting times. I'm sure if I were running 45 minutes to an hour behind getting to my appointment I would have been told I need to reschedule. If it wouldn't be acceptable for me, then it shouldn't be acceptable for the doctor or PA.

Dr. Way has been my doctor for over 5 years, and I'm still alive😊 . I have found him to be patient and a good listener. I never feel rushed ,which is important to me . I feel comfortable with the practice's COVID preperations. The waiting room is never crowded. The staff is friendly and I noticed on my last visit that the Doctor is mentoring studentsonce again . It seemed to be a worthwhile 'extra' by Dr.Way.
