Dr.Potluri treated me my son, when we had to make a visit to the ER because of a bad fall. Dr.Potluri did everything to make my baby comfortable and kept routinely checking in on us. He truly cares about patient comfort and goes above and beyond. He is also extremely informative and descriptive with his medical prescriptions. He is by far the best care I have experienced with an EM doctor.
Reviewed On Vitals
I met with this doctor at RUMC on Staten Island and after explaining to him that this was my second visit to tbe ER this. Dr. Poluri got very nasty with me because i questioned his findings. When hefelt i was wrong, he then changed the diagnosis on the discharge paper and only documented thay the issue was just belly pains. He then stormed out of the patient and accused me of yellimg at him. Note he speals very loudly.
