Been a patient of Dr. Horrigan for about 7 years. I have really been impressed with her manner and patience. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and thanks to her I lost 60 pounds and have no diabetes issues at all. She is very caring. Think the world of her.

If I could give her a zero I would. Waited 45 minutes in an exam room to have this dr rush through the history and physical. Exam was incomplete. Not respectful of me as an older adult, addressed me by my first name without consent. Second visit refused to see me because I refused a weight. Treated me like a child. She has a lot to learn.

Letitia Horrigan, DO is not a physician I would recommend for several reasons: 1. Long wait times, first encounter waited 45 min in exam room 2. Poor bedside manner, does not greet the patient appropriately when entering the room, no explanation for being late 3. Addressed me by my first name without establishing consent 4. Did not examine me adequately 5. Did not report a critical lab value to me directly, had an assistant call me who could not answer questions and could not convey a plan

I highly recommend Dr. Horrigan. She is an excellent physician, very knowledgeable, excellent diagnostic skills, very personable, genuine and really cares about her patients.

I had my previous for 34 years before he retired. When I switched I was looking for someone more proactive and holistic. Dr Horrigan has been wonderful, supportive and encouraging.
