Dr B. Is the best orthopedic surgeon in Rhode Island. Period. He has the best patient communication. He understands what's going on an he knows what he's doing. I have complete confidence in his office opinion an work. I would recommend him an his team to anyone that needs an orthopedic surgeon.

Wait time is remarkably short. I’m kind of crushing on Dr. Bradley (don’t tell my husband!!)! He LISTENS, gives thoughtful advice, and is a pretty remarkable surgeon. In an age when patients are just a “conveyor belt of faces”, I really appreciate Dr. Bradley’s candor and respect for his patient

Dr Bradley is an awesome doctor, a great surgeon and possess a great bedside manner..where they drop the ball..is at the reception desk, particularly the woman Shelia,who was rude,condescending and horrific at her job.She acts like we the patients should be thankful for her presence.whatever happened to customer service with a smile?I get it,since covid hit its hard to find good work, but Dr.Bradley would be doing himself a disservice allowing people like her to the face of his practice..sincerely thinking about switching to University Orthopedics after such abominable front desk service
