RUN!!!!! Worst experience. Office doesn’t answer the phone. I called for 4 days straight and left several messages before getting a call back. Each time I have had an appointment I waited in the room for the doctor for 45+ mins. One appointment was the FIRST appointment of the day- still 45 mins waiting for the doctor. She was supposed to call with lab results- never called. I called the office a week after I was told I would get the results. Of course they didn’t answer so I called 3 days in a row leaving a message each time. Save yourself some time and aggravation and find a different office.

I like my doctor but seems like last few times I had to get a script sent to my pharmacy there was a problem they never received it or someone from the office didn't send the script out if there is an issue I don't get notified so I can try to fix it l. I'm just waiting for it to go through or I'm calling the office like a pest trying to find out what is going on. But I do like my doctor nothing bad about her the secretaries are nice but seems like there is no communication

If I could give a 0 I would. The office is cold and unfriendly. I showed up on time with all my paperwork already filled out. I waited in the waiting room for about 15 mins. which I thought was great. They proceeded to take me to exam room and take all the vitals with absolutely no emotion or talking. She told me Dr. Pouliot would be in in a few minutes have a seat. I then waited one hour and no one came at all to even give me an update. I walked to the front desk to tell them I was leaving as this was unacceptable and I was there to see if I wanted to use her as my primary care. They looked me up on the computer verified I had been waiting and just said OK and I walked out. Not even an apology or she will be right with you. Not a practice you would want to trust with your health.

Dr. Pouliot is one of the best at diagnosing situations. She is extremely thorough and really takes time to speak with you. She treats you as a whole person not a set of symptoms. I've been seeing her for over 20 years - she's great.

I moved recently to Florida. My medical records were sent to my new doctor without incident.

Dr Pouliot has been my primary physician for about 20 years. She is always kind and compassionate- listening to concerns. She always runs late, but definitely worth the wait. Top notch !!

Wonderful physician. Takes time for discussions with patients. We have been her patients for over twenty years and have benefited from her care. Genuinely concerned about patients health.

I've spent the last two YEARS trying to get office staff to send my medical records to my new doctor. The office staff are extremely rude. The main reason for my decision to switch doctors at first was because my doctor changed her schedule at the time and only worked on days that I wasn't available for appointments as a full time employee and grad student with internship hours. The office staff had the gall to suggest that I learn to "better manage my time" to make the doctor's schedule work. I would never recommend this practice to anyone The doctors are OK at best, but the office staff are a deal breaker. I guess my medical records for the first 28 years of my life can be considered lost because of their incompetence.
