List of Nitin S Damle's Reviews
He's been my primary care doctor for over 30 something years. We are very happy with him and his services
If you want to go to see a doctor who doesn’t care about you or your well-being then this is the guy! I was a patient for years (mostly out of just not being able to find another doc during covid). When I wanted to go off my controlled medication he told me to just go cold turkey on them. I COULD HAVE DIED! I had to research how to take myself off of the medications and then had my family monitor me not the medical professional i needed. As if that’s wasn’t bad enough he would put me down for YEARS about my weight, never did any yearly tests and would dismiss me every time I told him I was trying to lose weight and working out for hours a day. He would tell me to eat 1000 calories a day and then I would be thin. I kept asking him what could be wrong with me bc I’m trying really hard to lose weight but nothing is happening. I would DREAD going to see him bc he would just make me feel so bad about myself. What kind of doctor makes patients feel worse about themselves? It took my OBGYN to finally diagnose me with a thyroid condition, polycystic ovary syndrome, and tell me that all of my hormones were not functioning properly. Since then I have started to see another doctor and I am feeling better than I have in over a decade. Be smart. Trust your body if you feel like something is wrong, and don’t go to a doctor that won’t listen to your symptoms.
I wish there were an option of 0 star, and I regret not check his review earlier...I visited him serval times, all the visits were like 5 mins in and out. I try to talk to him about my concern, he did not even have the patience to listen! He told me I am PERFECTLY HEALTHY, and there is nothing he can do. Apparently, we all see doctors for a reason not for FUN :) Think twice before deciding to be his patient.
Doctor doesn’t bother to even call you with Lab results. Good luck getting through on the phone.
I have seen this doctor for several years and he has continuously invalidated all of my health concerns-which have turned out to be serious conditions that would have been left untreated if I had not gotten care elsewhere.
Really nice guy that is efficient, timely, and knows what he is talking about.
Having been in medical and pharma sales for over a decade, I was fortunate to meet many excellent doctors throughout the state of RI. Dr. Damle has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. now. He is attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I prefer a conservative approach to medicine and treatments and Dr. Damle suits my preferences.
Dr. Damle is a professional well trained doctor who has helped me on many occasions. He has always been kind, compassionate and thorough and has diagnosed my issues accurately. I would recommend him as a primary care physician. Shaun
I have been a patient of Dr Damle's for 8 years and I have found him to be an outstanding and helpful doctor who is exceptionally thorough. My annual physical with him is much more comprehensive then with previous doctors and he takes a lot of time going over the results with you and working on your overall health. When I have had to see him for urgent visits, he has almost always made himself available and been able to treat me quickly and efficiently.
There is a reason its so easy getting an appointment with him. Hes awful. Does not seem to care about his patients. He just sits there and writes things down and then says oh yeah dont worry about that thats normal or I cant help you with that. You need to specifically ask him to perform basic exams to have them done. Otherwise its in and out in 5 minutes

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
