The worst ENT I have ever experienced. I went in with ear pain. He flushed my ear out and after I said there was still fluid in my ear he told me to “tilt my head”. Now here I am 4 days after my appointment, went to an urgent care clinic and eventually ended up in the ER. What happened was after he flushed my ear was the water didn’t drain and it gave me an inner ear infection AND swimmers ear. I can’t tilt my head or lay down to relax or sleep. If I could somehow get him stripped of his degrees and titles I absolutely would. Craziest part is, this isn’t the first time he’s done this to me! I thought the first time was a freak accident but turns out he just doesn’t care. Awful doctor and rude service running the office. Will never be back and will try to redirect anyone who try’s to go near his office. -5/10 would rather suffer my initial ear pain than go to him and end up how I did.

This guy told me my ear infection was probably caused by “chewing one one side of my mouth, girls do that in the summertime because they want to lose weight” Bruh what Four month after seeing him I’m still dealing with this ear infection Avoid if you’re a woman, I guess

I must admit that I was skeptical of going to an ENT, but my horrible chronic cough and post-nasal drip finally got the better of me. Dr. Tipirneni's diagnosis was exactly correct. With a thorough and inclusive exam and questionnaire, he gave me a month of trial treatment without drugs, etc. He was excellent in his approach and explanations. If I could give a negative review, I would! So far I have had 2 appointments with this doctor and both times the appointments were cancelled by the doctor with no notice to me. Last Friday I took sick time to get to my afternoon appointment. When I showed up the simpleton at the reception window told me the doctor was leaving for surgery and they had moved up my appointment to 9am. No one ever called me to even ask if I was available at 9am. So they reschedule schedule me for Tuesday. So again, I show up. And same story, the doctor had emergency surgery. They said they called and left a message. Now I am streaming because that is an outright lie! Anyone that knows me knows that I keep my mailbox full. You can't leave me a message. And besides, I had no missed call alert on my phone. I tell the simpleton to dial my number so she can see what a lie she is trying to sell me. When she gets the message she tells me that they must have dialed a wrong. number. Then, (seriously) she asks me if I would like to schedule an appointment when the doctor is in the office! Now I get it , my bad, I was scheduling appointments for when the doctor was not in the office. She says she will put me in for Monday. Then she tells me the office will be closed Monday because it of MLK observance. So if the competence of this office staff is any reflection of the competence of this doctor, well I guess I dodged a bullet!

He is a brilliant surgeon. He won’t waste your time. He is highly respected as one of the BEST head and neck surgeons in our state. I am grateful I took the advice of my neighbors and friends here in South Kingstown to get a second opinion for my “no cancer” diagnosis from a physician in Boston. If I hadn’t, I would have not survived. Literally. My head and neck cancer spread to many adjoining tissues and was caught just in time. I owe him my life. He is not a man of many words. But a brilliant doctor who you can be sure to trust.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Tipirneni the other day for the first time, and it will be the last. I am from Canada and he is the worst “specialist” I have encountered since coming to America. His nurse was strange as well. He knew nothing of my medical history, when most specialists I went to have studied it beforehand to have a gist of what kind of help I might need. Instead of reading that on his pc he proceeded to give useless advice as the things he recommended were already done. He didn’t check my ears or nose etc. until before A minute I left. He seemed detached and aloof. I asked for my nose to me coterized and his opinion and he said no right away. I said ok well if your not going to bother listening to my reason and already came to a conclusion they why am I here? “He said I don’t why your here. I didn’t ask you to come here” it was a complete waste of time going there to a so called specialist that didn’t even ask me why I was there or read my history until I was telling him he should know that stuff if he read my history. He blamed my doctor that they didn’t send enough information. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone. There are other doctors out there and I’ll get a second opinion. I prefer professionals that are educated In USA and Canada anyway. 1/5 stars

So far I have had 2 appointments scheduled with the doctor and both times I was told when I showed up that the appointment had been changed. I was upset that they office did not have the professionalism to let me know before I took sick time to make the appointment. Both times they said they left a message, but my phone is not set up to take messages and I did not have a missed call alert. There is nothing worse than liars!

Dr. T was thorough abd took his time. He is the 2nd ENT I have seen in 3 years as the 1st didn't do any testing. Dr. T ordered tests, found the problems and operated within 2 weeks. His bedside manner is patient, helpful and explanative. Highly recommend him

Doctor Tipirneni is a knowledgeable, helpful and caring doctor-as is his office staff. I highly reccomend him to anyone looking for an Ear/ Nose/ Throat doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Tip. He is patient & caring - an exceptional listener. He has provided me so much relief with my health issues and greatly improved my quality of life.Note: The Warwick office is hectic; it is worth it to see him in Wakefield. No wait there.
