I would give it a negative rating if I could. This office/practice is truly atrocious (Susan - the administrator, is particularly worrisome). They are rude and condescending, have no value of family or time, and simply not worth it. There are many good doctors out there - it is doable to have decent staff. As a mother of many young children - I implore you to stay far away from this office.

Simply the best! He is kind, listens well, and explains everything to you. He spends an amazing amount of time talking to you before the examination starts. He has been my primary care physician for over a decade and I really cannot praise him enough. Plus, he does not use a hospitalist, so if you are in the hospital he comes to see you daily So glad he is younger so I can hope he remains my physician for the rest of my life!

The absolute best pediatrician in the world. Been coming here since my son was born almost 16 years ago. Dr. miller is crazy smart and at every stage of my sons life has had the best advice and delivered the best care. The office staff and nurses are amazing. All the other docs in the office when you need to get in for an appt are also amazing.

Amazing. Dr. Miller is the best. He makes my children feel comfortable and makes them laugh. There is no hesitation that my kids are in great hands. He is always responsive to questions and never makes you feel rushed. The office staff are kind and welcoming, and the other two physicians, Dr. Ouchi and Dr. Biederman, are great too!

Dr. Miller takes a good deal of time to TALK to and with you, LISTEN to you, give you all OPTIONS and their plusses / minuses, and is amazingly fast on that keyboard. A good man, a good physician. There ARE no better Internal Medicine Specialists.

I know Dr. Miller for 12 years now, he is my nephew's doctor and I had no hesitation to choose him as my son's pediatrician. He is very knowledgeable and very caring. I never had a problem with getting an appointment with his office or getting hold of him on the phone. He always returns my calls within a couple of hours and if it's after hour's emergency their office doctor on call will call right back. I like how friendly he and his staff are. The office has lots of toys to play for the kids and they have a separate area for the sick kids.

We love this office. Dr. Miller is great, we can always get an appointment, and the office is clean and fun for the kids. Sometimes they run late and parking is expensive, but all in all, we've had a great experience!
