I was in hip pain for a few years, as I was in denial something needed to be done. After years of trying chiropractors, physical therapy and acupuncture, I resigned myself to the fact I needed to see an orthopedic physician. A total hip replacement was recommended. Dr. Marchand was worth the wait for a scheduled surgery. The surgery took approximately one hour, and my recovery has been amazing! Now, eight weeks post-op and I am walking without a limp and 99% back to normal! The care was excellent from pre-op to physical therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Marchand and his staff! Thank you!

What a team! Doctor Marchand is absolutely the best. I was unable to walk for about a year and a 1/2 until I saw doctor Marchand and he identified that I needed a partial knee replacement. I went forward and had the surgery. It's been about 6 weeks and my knee feels phenomenal. I'm able to walk again! Thank you to the doctor and his staff. Truly the best!

Dr. Marchand performed Robotic Total Hip Replacement on me in Feb. 2020. Surgery was done in one hour ending 10 years of pain. He and his office were great to work with. I would recommend them with high praise.

Horrible experience. Left after an hour and fifteen minutes and never saw the doctor! I would give him all zeros but they don’t give you that option

The absolute best in the business! I recommend Dr Marchand on a weekly basis to my friends and family because of his expertise and professional manner. I had both hips done and the pain is gone. The office staff and the P.A.are the fantastic .Plan ahead he is in high demand but well worth the wait.

Now I realize how horrible he was. After two TKR by him on the same knee within one year, second due to error in fitting me properly, I have had nothing but pain in both knees. He wanted me to do both knee replacements at the same time. I just found out my right knee has an old injury ruptured patella tendon he never found (therefore could not have done TKR at the same time which luckily I declined) and nerve impingement on the left leg he did the TKR twice which will require surgery to correct. My new doctor diagnosed and recommended tests in one visit in which he spent one hour with me- not 5 minutes like Dr. Marchand. New doc did a nerve conduction test and an MRI of the other knee- none of which Marchand did to finally discover the problem. All Marchand offered was "I don't know what is wrong; get a second opinion". Really???

Beginning with Angela to make initial office visit to Ally Manning RN. Orthepedic Nurse Care Manager, who helps manage your care after discharge. I had bilateral knee replacement surgery on April 4, 2019. I am ready for hospital discharge today and it's only April 6th, 2019. Two days. This is insane! I feel confident that I was given all the tools I need from OT and PT to be able to continue my recovery at home. I can't believe I waited and suffered for years. I already feel an improvement. I sincerely wish to thank Dr Marchand for giving me the use of my legs again. Also he visited me both days in South County! Shout out to South County Hospitals nursing staff....both day and night shifts. I was treated with respect and was made comfortable throughout my stay. As a bonus my anesthesiologist Dr. Cabrera was crazy good. He explained and broke down how he was going to prepare me for Dr Marchand surgery. A few days prior to surgery you are given a packet of pills to help prepare you for pain management. Works so well you almost think your cured before surgery begins. Big thank you for making that happen Dr. Cabrera. So if anyone needs partial, or total knee or hip replacement I strongly recommend Dr. Marchand and his incredible team. He surrounds himself with only the best. So happy I was lucky enough to get them.
