Awful women at the front desk when I called... told me she might take me as a new patient when this is all over.. awful customer service. She was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Note to self get yourself a new receptionist who actually values the patient!

I've been going to Dr Johnson for years. Staff is good, there is a phlebotomist on site so you don't have to go to another building to get labs. Very friendly and non judgemental.

Dr. Johnson is a very intelligent and knowledgable physician. She is caring and persistent. She just wants me to stay healthy. Her office staff is also the best in Wakefield.

I've seen Dr. Johnson for a couple of years. I've found her to be very knowledgable. I don't feel rushed when discussing my symptoms. She listens, answers my questions, and her interest seems very genuine. She's personable and professional. She's never been dismissive or short. I think she's an excellent doctor.

Although professional, Dr. Johnson is warm and friendly. Very thorough but conservative. Does not recommend needless tests.

Although Dr Johnson is nice enough,her demeanor seemed faux. Never felt comfortable with the 3 year patient/doctor relationship,the trust was just not there.

Total know it all. Clerical staff rude and ****y. She and her office need a total overhaul. How she ever finished medical school is beyond me.

Dr. Johnson is intelligent, considerate, and listens carefully to what you say. She isn't defensive when here diagnoses are questioned, and patiently answers questions. I'm very glad to have her as my GP, and feel safer knowing she's looking out for me.
