Dr. Zangari is pretentious, pompous, and outright rude. I felt talked down to and rushed. Truly disappointing as the woman at the front desk as well as the optician Matthew were both pleasant and welcoming.

Explained cataract surgery and showed a video on the 2 types of surgery. Will need to return and have measurements taken and surgery discussed. Found MD to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of the eye.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! But, if it weren’t for Dr. Zangari I would be blind in one eye. On my way home from work it was snowing. I suddenly got floaters & then 1/2 of my right eye went black. I pulled over, looked up eye specialists & drove to Dr. Z.’s practice. It was closing, but he put his car keys down & took me immediately. I needed emergency surgery or I would lose my sight. Somehow I had torn my retina. He gave me the names of 2 surgeons he’d gone to school with at Brown, as I needed the surgery immediately. During that snowstorm my husband drove me to the doc’s classmate at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Hospital. Zangari’s classmate took me almost immediately— I had a vitrectomy. My eyesight is perfect in that eye and it’s thanks to Dr. Zangari. What he may lack in bedside manner— he certainly makes up in education, expertise, experience, and he’s a talented surgeon. I also like his irreverent sense of humor. I owe him my sight and am forever grateful to Doctor Zangari.

Dr. Zangari is a world-class medical professional. I live in Europe, but travel to the USA to see Dr. Zangari and his team regularly for all of my eye care needs.

Dr Zangari has been my doctor for years. Dr Z takes very good care of my eyes especially with my family history of glaucoma. His staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Zangari.

How is this guy still in business?? He is soooo rude and unprofessional!!! Never have I met an eye doctor as arrogant as him! I would never return back to him, even if he was the last eye doctor on earth! BEWARE!!!

Dr. Zangari diagnosed and solved a painful eye condition that flared up several times over the years - it was caused by the type of arthritis i have, and he consulted with my primary care physician and recommended the medication that I've been taking ever since. His staff is top notch and and I'm very pleased with the level of care I've received over the years that I've been going there.

While trying to explain why I was in to see him, he kept cutting me off. He did not want to explain anything to me, just wanted to get me out of the office as quickly as possible. When I told him I need paperwork filled out for work, he said "What? I don't have time for that!" ( I took me 2 minutes to fill it out and have him sign it. and he spent 5 minutes small talking with the patient before me) ALSO...I have anxiety about going to the eye doctor and he thought it was amusing.
