I have to say Dr Alford is the kindest most professional and patient Dr in his field. He very thorough and explains everything in detail. I’ve gone to him many times ( yeah I am accident prone 😂) and am still seeing him. He is a great surgeon I recommend him to everyone

Dr. Alford has operated on both my left and right shoulders. I've recommended friends and family members to him. He is an outstanding physician and I'm truly blessed to have be referred to him.

ACL replacement. Doctor Alford is very caring of my health and well being. He called me the night before my surgery to ensure everything would be ok . Very thoughtful nice touch. The whole team is very competent and good at what they do. From the receptionists to x-ray tech to the doctors team. Most professional business I've dealt with in a long time. Very refreshing. They're always there if you need them at anytime of day. I txt them and get a quick response on any questions I've had. Thank you ortho RI for getting my health back.

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for my appointment with Dr. Alfred to receive bearly 5 minutes with him. My time is just as important as his when asking questions he literally stood up and placed his hand on door handle. He did not care to hear my concerns about taken medication he wanted me on. I will definitely need to reconsider my options with Dr Alfed.
