List of Arshad Iqbal's Reviews
Was referred by Kent Emergency Room, I was having issues with arm pain and fingers, called 3 times only once someone answered and said he would speak to schedule person, well 6 weeks later no call seeing someone joke and why would anyone bother if this is how you operate a business or sympathy for patients. Clown show.
Dr. Iqbal said my husband’s symptoms were stress related and imaginary. Two months later, we went to Mass General Movement Disorders clinic where my husband was diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia. They put him on medication that relieved his hallucinations and sleep disorder along with other symptoms that we now know clearly point to Lewy Body dementia. I’m just grateful that we did not listen to Dr. Iqbal and instead found competent care. My husband is now back to work and doing very well.
i’ve been calling these people for the last four days and haven’t even got a phone call back to schedule an appointment Kent county referred me to these people what a joke.
Careless, negligent and irresponsible doctor.
Excellent detail oriented caring doctor. Off ice staff was cordial, this doctor has given us reasonable hope however almost impossible to get ordered tests and a follow on appointment even after getting a spinal tap as directed. A real shame.
Seen this Dr. One time he had me waiting over an hour and almost didn't make it picking up my son from daycare. I could hear him speaking to another patient about their mri "not good results" that was giving me panic and anxiety! He never ran tests on me to get a diagnosis just told me to take medication that didn't work. My next appointment I had canceled because my son came in contact with covid and he had covid symptoms the doctor had the balls to send me a $50 no show bill in the mail even though I had canceled my appointment what a joke!
He is the worst doctor I've been too. I shou ld have sent my wallet to the appointment because he cares nothing about the patient. I had been to him several times and he asked me each office visit how long I had a very obvious symptom every visit except one. Do not recommend. Office staff friendly but incompetent.
My first visit was great! The doc spent all the time I needed and was very thorough. He was easy to talk to and connect with. Answered all my questions and I’m greatly looking forward to working with him in the future!
WORST DOCTOR OUT THERE! VERY RUDE,& THINKS ITS OK TO YELL AT PATIENTS! I WOULDNT GO TO THIS DOCTOR EVEN IF SOMEONE PAID ME!
I had my first appointment with Dr. Iqbal today. His staff was friendly, attentive, and pleasant to interact with. The wait was a little long, but this is to be expected in a busy medical practice. I did not find Dr. Iqbal rude or dismissive in the slightest. I have been experiencing scary symptoms for a few months now, and I could tell he was listening to me and taking my concerns seriously. He had a young resident with him today who was also wonderful. I would like to mention, I am an overweight woman, and my weight was not brought up at all, which was reassuring. I once had an orthopedic dismiss my knee pain as being caused by my weight, come to find out, I had two fractured patellas. This was a little traumatic, to say the least, and I have been wary of having to see a specialist ever since. I am scheduled for some tests and an additional followip and am hopeful that I will get some answers. I would recommend Dr. Iqbal and his staff to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needing a neurologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
