When I arrived I waited only about 5 minutes to be taken to an exam room. They asked me just a few questions (and did not ask me all the same questions I had already completed online as many doctors offices do), and after that an X-ray tech quickly arrived to take my pics. The doc then arrived very quickly after I returned to the exam room. It was absolutely refreshing to have these things done so quickly Dr Chihlas was excellent - professional, informative, and spent a bit more time than I would have expected to answer my questions. He pretty much diagnosed my condition before the X-rays were even available on his computer, but they came thru momentarily and confirmed his diagnosis. He gave me recommendations, one of which could be implemented immediately, and told me potential consequences - and this is after I was basically blown off by other orthos who pretty much ignored the details of my issue and just shuffled me off to PT, which did absolutely nothing and I now have confirmation was a total waste of time. Overall, this was absolutely one of the most efficient and effective doctor visits I have ever had!

From the first phone call to the end of the appointment was met with compassion and professional. Dr Chihlas fit my son in who was home from college and a new patient. I highly recommend Dr Chihlas.

The Dr was wonderful, took his time did not rush. Provided education relates to my car and exercises to do. Glad he had time to see me through the Ortho Express.

Dr Chihlas was awesome! Explained everything so thoroughly while going over my MRI and really took his time with me and didn’t rush me out of the office. I would highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Chihlas was very thorough and did not rush through the appointment. He explained things in simple terms making sure I understood the nature of my injuries and the recovery process.

Yesterday was the first time I met with Dr. Chihlas. He explained in detail what happened to my foot and pointed out where the fx was on Xray. He also gave me a quick lesson on how to use a cane which made more sense than other explanations I have been given. I felt like I had his attention during the visit and found him to be personable. His directions on how to care for myself were very clear and reasonable.
