Deborah at front desk was awful trying to setup yearly skin checkup ~oct 2022 Also being a patient for several years and now saying they will no longer except tufts insurance because I did not come in in the past 2 years during covid~ I asked to speak with the Dr.Hall and they told me that because I did not come in I would be treated like a new patient and she is no longer taking new patients~ I have been with tufts health since 1988 and have never experienced this with any of my doctors! Very dissatisfied
Unfavorable. I have been to her a few times for keratoses removal. I recently went to her and asked her what the little growth on my eye lid was and could she remove it. She told me to go home and stick a needle in it. I went to another dermatologist and she removed it in five minutes. I'm done with Dr. Hall. Telling me to stick a needle in my eye! Seriously m
I've been going to Dr Hall for years, I even followed her to her new practice when she moved. She's always been very responsive to any of my concerns. My family has a strong history of skin cancer and she is very good about checking out anything that's at all iffy. Even when I moved to MAi priority coming here
I have been going to this dermatology business for over a year now, back in October I had an appointment at 5:30pm. I live 45 mins away, and I called and spoke to a receptionist saying that I may be late ( I'm always early to everything and late being maybe 3 mins). When I got there at maybe 5:35 the latest- there was no one at the desk. The receptionist came out about 9/10 mins later and said that they would not be able to take me in because I was 15 minuets late. Mind you they are open until 7pm on that day. The receptionist rudely told me I missed my appointment that day. I then proceeded to call the next day and ask to speak to a manager the receptionist took a message.... then again, and then again. I never herd back, then I proceeded to email them online. Then again, no one responded. I believe that they do not know how to speak to customers and would not recommend them to anyone. My family goes to them and because of this we will not be back.
not a long wait at all compared to other specialists and the front desk staff and Dr Hall very helpful glad I picked them thanks Joe
First visit with Dr Hall. I picked her because of location but liked her so much if I ever need a dermatologist again I'll be sure to call her. She was cheerful and friendly and knew what was going on with me immediately. Her staff is friendly and so nice as well. I'm giving her 5 stars because she certainly deserves them !
Been going to Dr Hall for last 5 years. She is awesome! Very friendly an thorough in her exams. I have had several minor surgical procedures done, and she did a great job on all of them!
Dr. Hall and her staff were wonderful. I went for my first skin check at a dermatologist ever and later a biopsy and they were very professional and made sure I was comfortable. I didn’t wait around either (which is normal to expect in a medical setting) so that was a plus! I will be going to Ocean State Dermatology from now on.
I was referred to Dr Hall's office and left several messages and even emailed. They don't respond to either. I guess she is just too big for her britches like another formerly great dermatologist
Unfortunately I had a basal cell carcinoma overlooked/ brushed off by her because she thought it was something else. After that it’s kind of hard to trust so I will be seeing someone else from now on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
