David Williams Md's Online Review Report Card

Made an appt. to address some issues I was having with pain. When making appt. receptionist told me I hadn’t had a physical in 2020 so I needed one. She then said we can do all of what needed to be done in one appt. Did my fasting for the night, got to my appt. and In to the doc and he asked me what I needed done today and I told him. He said that he didn’t have time to do everything and that I needed to get my priorities straight and I told him since he is the doc and he just gave me a thumbs up. That’s super professional!🙄 Oh when I checked in they also saw that I was having major allergy issues and shortness of breath but it’s always in your mind...do I have COVID? So I asked, being a truck driver and constantly around people “Do you do COVID test basically for peace of mind?” He went on to ask me if I was exhibiting any symptoms and I was but also mind you I was having allergy issues and those symptoms are the same as COVID symptoms and I have asthma. Instead of talking thru it like an adult, he slammed his computer shut, got up, walked out the door and slammed it. No explanation of what’s going on. Next thing I know there is his MA with a bio suit on swabbing my nose and then escorted me out the side door of the building. Again no explanations. I waited 2 months to see the doc for my pain issues. I am a truck driver so I am only in town for a couple days at a time and 3-5weeks in between so I have to keep dealing with this pain, I got treated as if I was a disease and inhumane & his unprofessionalism. This wasn’t the first time he has treated me like this but I have him another chance. Everyone has bad days but this was the last straw and I would not recommend him to ANYONE not even my worse enemies. Everyone deserves to be cared for and he isn’t it. He is just concerned abt how many visits he can get out of you for your problems!! NEXT!!!

Yes I would recommend Dr. Williams. My last visit was for an annual exam. There was no wait. The nurse and office staff were very personable. Dr. Williams was careful to listen to my questions and took the time to show me information on line. He has been our family’s doctor for at least 20 years. Never any issues.

As always very through and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed when I go to him. Feel comfortable. Excellent doctor.

My visits have always been pleasant. Wait time is minimal. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Williams makes coming into the office fun!

He is getting much better at his concerns during my visits. He listens to my issues and then acts on them. I do appreciate his skills as a doctor.

It's been a blessing to have a doctor I can call for quick service. I'm not getting any younger and so the need grows. I'm fortunate to have insurance that minimizes most visits to a copay and maybe a script. Many take all this for granted. I enjoy the familiarity that stems from doctor/patient (Dr. Williams) when the need becomes necessary . Everybody needs a good doctor, right? I usually don't even have time to have a seat in the waiting area (to fill out any paperwork if need be) before the doctor is bringing me in for the appointment .

check up for diabetes and all was good

Blood work on Monday followed by chest x-ray and ekg on Tuesday - Didn't hear anything until a phone message Friday about 5pm. I assume NO news is good news but this was not good service. Then since I was not at the phone I was told to call back which I did within 10 minutes to reach a msg. that said calls after 4pm will be responded to the next business day (Monday). Not good service. Also, this survey form is not easy to use.

Dr. Williams was great to answer all my questions.
