If you are looking for a Doctor who is there for you and makes you feel good and hopeful, then you want to call Dr. Callahan. He is compassionate, caring, and goes above and beyond to communicate. I always feel comfortable to call him because he is always there for you and quick to return your calls.

This doctor does not deserve any stars at all. They are open at 9:00 am and yet they still have an answering service that takes the calls for them which they never return your calls or have someone in the office reach out to you. I have never in my life with doctors have had a doctor or their office not call a patient back,especially when its urgent and being elderly and exposed to Influenza and looking to simply call in the pharmacy for Tamaflu as suggested by my grandsons pediatrician so that i would at;east have some type of protection. This is supposed to be my primary care physician who has my life and well being in his hands and whom i supposed to trust. The only thing he is more concerned about is my co pay and billing my Blue Cross Insurance.... I have fired you as my PC as one time no call or response from you...I can overlook, But now the 2nd time and after 4 calls from the morning to thew end of day and nothing. Its mind blowing when even the answering service they use was pretty surprised and suggested i go to a walk in clinic and they would prescribe it for me and they did. Thank you!! But no thank you to you Dr. Callahan... You should be ashamed treating any patient like this as i am sure there are a lot more of what happened to me out there.... The call to your cellphone from the service and you just didn't pick up the phone, nor bothered to even listen the voicemail left for you. No matter how busy you are or were as a doctor, where others lives are in year hands, its your duty and responsibility to contact your patients or have someone who can to help them with what they may need, you took that oath when you decided to practice medicine. Embarrassment the medical field....So called doctors like yourself and office should be closed down because its only about the co pays and insurance billing that you do what you do.

Terrible experiences. He called me a liar with my medical history so i spent months gathering hundreds of records and he still didn't believe. Ever since I left i get bills claiming I never paid which is a complete lie! When I tried to reach out for an answer I was told not to call if I don't pay and hung up on. What a mistake! Jamie Sullivan at Kent county hospital is my new dr and very professional! At least she doesn't leave me in the exam room while eatinglunch. Don't schedule at lunchtime if you planon making people wait!

After 20+ years with another primary care provider who's practice became too busy - I recently switched to Dr Callahan. The experience has been remarkable with the ease of making appointments, to a thorough exam, and the appropriate time spent discussing treatment options. Dr Callahan is an excellent primary care physician

Dr Callahan has been my primary since 2008. He was recommended to me by another doctor who was not taking any more patients. The most I've had to wait is 20 min, but I usually arrive a little early. They have been very accomodating when I need to cancel or reschedule I prefer a doctor who actually looks into why you may need something and schedules the appropriate tests instead of just prescribing a prescription. Dr Callahan is very professional and through in this way.

Dr. Callahan is no joke. If you are looking for a Doctor who truly cares about his patients, he's the one. He saved my life. And in turn, my children still have a father, and my wife a husband. He takes the time to listen, and wants his patients around for a long time. Do yourself and your family a favor, go see Dr. Callahan. See for yourself. Thanks, Doc.

Considerable wait for DR. (an hour later than my appointment time. The worst part was the HORRIBLE rude receptionist. My husband needed to use the restroom and had to get the key from her. She was talking to her daughter or friend or something and ignored him at the window for almost 5 minutes. She said that she loved the other lady who she was talking to which is why I assumed that she was a relation. Incredibly rude and disrespectful of customers!! I won't go back.
