Dr. Mortel is a very kind, patient and gentle doctor who speaks calmly, listens attentively and shows genuine care and professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable. The evaluation was lengthy and thorough. She asked questions and let the patient speak. Her interpersonal skills were outstanding!
