If you want to catch covid go to kent.
Good Dr.
I had delivered my baby on Sept 2,2022 and the whole experience was LOVELY. From check in to checking out 10/10 recommend. NURSES WERE AWESOME AN HELPFUL
Avoid at all costs. The doctors delay care! You have to constantly call to get answers from anyone, and when they do answer they’re rude. Drs do not call back. Nurses don’t even know what’s going with the patient or don’t care to take the time to listen to your concerns. The absolute worst. Coming from a Boston hospital these healthcare “professionals” need serious educating on patient care.
Not a good experience. Had to wait over an hour and a Hall for treatment.
DOUBLE BILLING ALERT! I called Care NE to get a gastroenterologist. They sent me to their Care NE Medical Group Surgical Care facility that is located INSIDE Kent Hospital. Then they bill you for BOTH the GI appointment AND Kent Hospital. (Shouldn't your doctor's bill already cover their overhead?) They say there is a sign on the wall that you get charged for the facility, but this is not clear. They don't disclose it's $200 or whatever they feel like charging, as it's subject to change. I showed up early to fill out the paperwork for the new doctor and got rushed into the exam room before my appointment time and before filling out the paperwork entirely. I even asked if they had my family medical history in their computer system because I wasn't done. When I set the appointment, they asked for my insurance info well in advance. They had plenty of time to run my insurance and notify me in advance of the double billing, but didn't. They could have sent me to a GI specialist outside the hospital, but didn't. They could have told me " By the way, it's going to be an extra $200 facility fee to cover Care CE leasing space to other Care NE doctors." upon arrival, but didn't. Then a SURPRISE BILL that's creative double billing. If Care NE or Kent Hospital needs financing, they can call a bank because that bill will NEVER be paid. Fraud at it's finest.
It was a very long wait but I was taking care of very well. The staff helps you feel important and cares enough to make you as comfortable as possible. Very attentive and though.
The worst experience of my life! I'm still here at the waiting room. Been here for over an hour. I told them that I had back surgery and something happened that I reinjured my back. I have no feelings in my legs and I'm in constant pain. They're watching me barely being able to move. I can't walk. I can't sit, because the pain is so bad. They just look at me in pain and ignore me. I talked to another person waiting. She's been here for 3 hours waiting. What is the point of having an emergency room if they just ignore the patients that come in obvious pain. Do not use this hospital. I can see why they have such horrible reviews.
Here right now and very disgusted. My wife is very sick and about ready to give birth to our baby and I cant be by her side. Mind you! They have three people sitting side by side telling me I cant keep her company unless she's giving birth, because of "covid". Talk about brain washed and lack of decency.
After waiting 4 hours to get through triage, mind you there’s about 20 others who are doing the same exact thing all wondering the same thing, how has no one gone in yet?… They provide a patient that has throbbing neck pain with ibuprofen?? Even though the patient has been taking ibuprofen for the last 3 days with no relief of pain. This “ER” is not an ER. Taking vitals and blood work in the waiting room..:never seen anything like it. One patient has waited around 3 hours to go in and she is in visible pain and unable to move her leg. This is not emergency care. This is care at the leisure of the workers. Do better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
