Maria Guglielmo's Online Review Report Card

I have had Dr Guglielmo For quite a few years maintaining my cervical problems. Have always had a respectful relationship with her and her whole staff. She is the consummate professional in her practice. As for the reviews of people commenting about her negatively. I totally disagree! I’m glad that she is a good doctor and knows her job well. I’ve had cervical fusion surgery with her and very positive results. And the overall care from dr Guglielmo and her whole staff before,after and my continuing care is the best. They are all great professionals and great people. Thank you all for your care and help over the years

Even though she was rude and made me cry, my surgery was successful. She got right to the point of what was wrong and what I needed to do to fix it (surgery) and while I did everything else to now have surgery it ended up being exactly what I needed.

Horrific experience with Dr. Guglielmo. I went to Boston and saw a Rock Star named Jay Zampini.

I wanted to post this for sometime. I went in their my upper back was in severe pain. I couldn’t stand of straight . I had a MRI for her to looked at. She said you don’t need surgery, so what do you want me to do. Never even checked my upper right side of my back where the pain was. No direction on what I should do. She was very RUDE and dismissed me. It was my worst experience with a doctor. No bedside manner. Left their crying,

This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with a doctor. RUN! DO NOT GO TO HER! I am absolutely amazed this “doctor” is still allowed to practice. She strung us along for months and months and then decided she didn’t want to do the surgery that had been planned. She was just awful to work with, horrible horrible experience. After finding a new doctor to do the same procedure, he told us that he has had to “clean up” a lot of her “mess ups”.

The doctor is one of the best in RI but her office staff is horrible. They promise to call back, have an answer for you that day, don’t respond to emails and don’t follow through on anything that they say they will. Totally unprofessional staff, don’t schedule appointments correctly and blame everything on Covid! Good luck if you can get an appointment!

Stay away from this doctor

I was a first time paitent at this office with Dr. Guglielmo. My PCP office sent over everything that was required, the person at Dr. Guglielmo's office does NOT know what they are doing! They had me come in hours earlier than my original appointment. They also had me get on the phone with my PCP office 3 times why there to retrieve what they already was sent! After waiting am hr they finally were able to get my docs referral after some MUCH NEEDED GUIDANCE! I went to a room and I sat there for 1.5 hrs!! I left and never seen this doctor. I don't recommend anyone to this place!!!

As always Dr Guglielmo and her staff are top notch as far as I’m concerned. She’s always given me the time and is very knowledgeable. Staff is great as well. My thought to some of these bad reviews are courtesy goes both ways. And Dr Guglielmo and staff has my respect for all they do

Voicemail service is broken. Staff who finally answered the phone were absolutely awful and so rude. Haven't even met the doctor yet but just dealing with her staff has been a nightmare.
