It is always a great experience at Village Medical. Dr. Kathleen Parker and her staff are very pleasant, kind and helpful. I can easily contact them through the patient portal and call the office with any questions. Dr. Parker always responds quickly with any questions and concerns I have. She listens and cares. I felt my prior PC had too many patients since they weren't easily available on the phone or patient portal. I'm glad I switched doctors. ☺️

Words cannot express how wonderful Dr Allen and his staff is at Village Medical. Today I met Erin a new member of Dr. Allen’s group she was fabulous. She answered all my questions and concerns clearly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’m always comfortable with talking with Dr Allen, Amber, Mary Ellen and Tina and feel that they are like my family. Thank you for all that you do for me.

Erin the NP is very good . I like her approach to the patient and how she listens and tries to get a solution to the problem by starting somewhere to get to the main problem.
