Front desk seems to answer phone with no knowledge facts on my visit, poor phone edicate for politeness. No Hello/How can I help. Just put out by mine questions concerning when someone will get back to me.It has been 13 days since my first appointment for chronic lumbar pain. No one has called me back regarding a appointment for treatment. I walked in with MRI report in hand, they made a copy, also radiology faxed report to office morning before my visit. Dr. Lipman could probably help relieve my pain with treatment we discussed, if his staff was confident enough to see that an appointment was made. very discouraged with my Health care services in Butte county in my 5 months of arriving here.
