Dr Denise is the best

Dr. Denise Arcand is by far one of the best Doctor's I have seen in recent years, and I've seen alot. She is very capable with all scopes of medicine, including very rare blood disorders. I wouldn't be alive without her.

Nicole is very rude

Dr Arcand misdiagnosed back pain along with ongoing GI issues as “arthritis” (arthritis doesn’t cause diarrhea) and was referred to PT which made the pain worse. By the time it was finally correctly diagnosed, it was stage 4 cancer.

Dr Arcand and the PAs in her office are the only practitioners I will be seeing ever! Dr Arcand runs her own practice and you are treated like family there. The nurses and office staff, the receptionist, the medical assistants are beyond just courteous and professional. The office even has a Kent lab...how convenient...and they will take you right in for labs! Their phlebotomist is a sweet heart and goes above and beyond. Dr Arcand, Robin, and Steve are top notch, the best individualized care!

Absolutely love Nurse Practitioner Robyn Masi!!!! Sweetest woman and actually listens to me. Robin S very family-oriented and Goetz to know all of her patients, to the point where she knows my daughter by name and every time I go over there she's always asking how she's doing and how my family is doing. Robin has helped me through a lot and some I know it still isn't even part of her job but she did anyways. Thanks Robyn!!!! -Kim

Great service and will always your teeth are nice and healthy

I've been going here since I was a baby because Dr. Denise Arcand's father (Dr. Alfred Arcand) was my grandfathers cousin. I had ZERO problems until she took over and he retired! When I was in the hospital after having my son, Dr. Denise made one AWKWARD visit. Barely said anything, and then bounced. The only reason I've dealt with them being my son's primary care for the last three years is because the other tending Nurse Practitioners are fantastic. I love Robin, and the other man who's seen my son (only twice and I can't remember his name).My Biggest complaint? They don't open until 9- then they take a lunch from 12:00-1:30 but they don't ANSWER THE PHONE from 11:30-1:30! A two hour lunch break?! that's BULLSHIT. There's 3 secretaries! Why can't they alternate their lunch and answer the phone?!If you try to call between 9am and 11:30- good luck. The phones WILL be busy. If you get through after 1:30 you will more than likely be told there are no openings this late in the day. Well thanks, I've been TRYING to get in touch all day! This happened once after my infant son ran a 104 fever on a sunday and spent the night in the hospital. I was told to follow up with my pediatrician in the morning. When I finally got in touch with them around 2pm, they told me there were no openings - and then had the nerve to tell me to relax!! Relax?! My infant was hospitalized and stuck with a needle several times because of his 104 fever and I've had no sleep because I've been trying to get in touch with you all day and you want me to relax?! The women in the office that you speak to are entirely RUDE. One of them NEVER looks up from the computer to actually look at you! The woman on the "Answering service" is the worst of them all.So please, let me know when you're office starts running a little smoother. I would love for my son to continue to see Robin, but i'll gladly tell the rest of your staff where to go on my next visit.Oh wait- there won't be one. You just lost a patient of 27 years. PHENOMENAL job.
