Dr Cambio is remiss in his duties. Does not return calls and does not listen to his patience. My father was very fortunate to find a Doctor who cares because it saved his life. Still waiting for a return call from Cambio.

You might have the largest practice, via the merger, but what difference does it make if we can not get through to you on the phone? D Mauch

Terrible response time. Need to reschedule appointment and keep getting recorded message which does not handle appointments

Useless receptionists and nurses who love to argue with patients. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and find a more competent and better urologist to see

Smart doctors, straight information and a better quality of life. Yes,I too have had shades of 'basic training" go thru my mind in some dealings with the staff. However, over the past two years I have found the answers I need to lead a healthy and normal life. They deal with big time stuff there and they also know how to manage Micky mouse "saver" health plans to your health's advantage.

I cancelled a recent appointment due to my wife's medical emergency. When I was able to reschedule I called and spoke to a scheduler who set an appointment for today at their West Warwick office. I wrote the information into my paper calendar as we were speaking and also immediately entered it into my iPhone. When I arrived for my appointment today I was told that I did not have one scheduled in West Warwick but did have one on the books for later this month at another office. I was upset by this and was told that I could sit and wait in case something opened up sometime today. Unacceptable. I can't comment on the doctor because I did not see one but I have to believe that anyone who tolerates such a shoddy practice is probably a shoddy doctor.

Cambio was extremely rude, I had come in for a 2 month check up to see how the meds I started were working, that was what I was told the appointment I was showing up for was for. Then he comes in the room and immediately starts chatter away about tests and results the other doctor (woman) had already told me about and GIVEN ME THE MEDS I WAS TAKING And showing up to say if they worked or not. Because if they werent working they would switch me. He started talking about how I should have had a cat scan done and was Very aggressive when I was unsure what he was talking about and I honestly left distressed and confused because I was never informed or given a paper for a cat scan. I was suddenly left with more questions when I went there for answers. The doctors need to communicate better, as well as I have had to wait up to an HOUR just to Get into my appt nevermind the amount of time you sit waiting in each room! Its RIDICULOUS FOR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Am looking for new Urologist as we speak.

They way overbook appointments. I had a 10 an appointment and I sat waiting in the exam room until 11 just so he could tell me that I was fine. Very displeased. Waste of my time.

I went to see Dr Cambio today, must say i have to disagree with the comment before mine. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and SO handsome! Also spoke to Kim, his personal secretary, what a great person! so professional, also so smart and had an answer for all my questions. Too bad not everybody can see the same, if you focus on ONE bad person, makes me sad since his staff and MA's are amazing!!!!

It would have been nice to meet the doctor but the woman at the desk was so rude when asked about how long the wait time was we left ! Environment was similar to the registry as far as “check in”
